Chax

Chax solves a problem that I and many others have dealt with for a long time — having to hit “Accept” each time someone begins chatting with you on iChat. There is an undocumented feature in iChat to automatically accept video chats, but there has never been anything for text chats (that I know of) until Chax came along. And that’s not all; Chax adds several additional options to the iChat Preferences, like “automatically accept file transfers” and “open images in Preview on double-click”. It’s a one-time installer, so there’s nothing additional running in the background. Great app!
