Active Timer can be used both for fun and for business. This freeware times how long you spend in different programs. It will also give you the sum of all time spent.
I use Active Timer just to see where I spend a majority of my time, but it can also be used when working for clients. If you are paid by the hour, this freeware could tell you how much to bill the clients.
This can also be a sore reminder of just how much time you waste enjoy playing games.
