This drag and drop application can be used to add music files directly to your iPod music library, without copying them into the iTunes library.

This application has been useful to me when I would like to put an audiobook onto my iPod. I would rather not have the large files in my iTunes library so I add them straight to the iPod. Then, when I am done, I can just delete them from my iPod. (since I usually listen to audiobooks only once)
