Afloat

Here’s a Cocoa plugin with the purpose of causing applications to become transparent or to be “always on top.” Afloat provides these options within the right-click contextual menu, and works for all windows in all Cocoa applications. According to the site, Afloat is currently in pre-release form (version 1.0).
