HippoDraw provides a highly interactive data analysis environment. It is written in C++ with the Qt library from Trolltech.
HippoDraw has highly interactive controls on the data plots via a dialog window called the Inspector. For example, one can change the width of the bins of a histogram via a slider and see the histogram plot re-display itself many times a second. See Inspector Controls for a description of the available controls.

Bluetooth Switch - this widget displays the current status of Bluetooth.
Simply click the icon to switch Bluetooth on or off. On the back you can select an application to open automatically after you turn Bluetooth on. You can also press the O key on your keyboard to open the selected app immediately without switching the Bluetooth status. Hold down O and click if Bluetooth Switch is not the active widget. Makes a great replacement for the Bluetooth menu bar item!

AppDelete is a way to delete an application and all of it’s associated items. Just drag and drop an app and off you go.
I like that it puts all of the items into a folder and puts it in your Trash. That way, you can still take a look to be sure that it didn’t take anything it wasn’t supposed to take.
Version 1.1.1 is hot off the press!

Tags are the talk of the web these days — tags on bookmarks, tags on photos, and keywords in iPhoto. MailTags brings tagging to Mail.app. Now you can tag each message in Mail with keywords of your choice and organize them however you want. MailTags is completely integrated with Spotlight — when you search for keyword tags, you’ll find your messages.
The latest release has several bug/stablitiy fixes like:
Fixed crash affecting registered users when drawing side panel.
Fixed stability issue when a message has malformed due date and the due date column is visible in list view.
Addressed synchronization issues for updating tags on different computers.
MailTags is 3 week trialware now, but it’s well worth checking out…

Almost everyone needs an office suite, NeoOffice is a free, open source office suite based on OpenOffice. NeoOffice has Mac equivalents of word processing software like Word, a spreadsheet equivalent of Excel and more.
NeoOffice will open Word documents, it handles Excel macros and it will also support all of your OSX fonts — which gives it a leg up on OpenOffice for PC. If you’re looking for an office suite but don’t want to shell out for the Microsoft stuff, NeoOffice might be just the thing for you.
