I have always been bothered on how hard it is to get rid of specific cookies in Safari. One would have to manually scroll the whole list to find the one wanted. Cocoa Cookies makes it much, much easier. Just launch the program and you are able to search for specific cookies and delete them from the list. You can search by typing the keyword into the search field.
This program also handles the cookies placed by NetNewsWire. This is especially useful because there is no other way to manage those cookies.
