Creammonkey is to Safari what Greasemonkey is to Firefox, a way to run custom JavaScript scripts on any web page. For instance, you can install a Creammonkey script that will put a “Download this video” link on any YouTube page. (There are Greasemonkey scripts to highlight your favorite TV shows on the TV guide page, show which books are available at your local library, and more.) The number of scripts available for Creammonkey is small but growing.
Greasemonkey is one of Firefox’s biggest assets. Creammonkey brings that same functionality to Safari.
