Dashboard Starter

Dashboard Starter…starts Dashboard.

The first time you activate Dashboard on your Mac after a restart, each of your widgets has to go thru its start-up sequence. This can take a while. With Dashboard Starter added to your Login Items, each time you start or restart your Mac, Dashboard will be triggered in the background so that all the widgets can get up and running and be ready for you.

When you first run Dashboard Starter, it will ask you if you would like to add it to your Login Items. After that you’ll never notice it again and you’ll appreciate how responsive Dashboard is.
