DeKstasy is, quite possibly, the most amazing DJ software I’ve used on my Mac. But, just like the rest of the software you find here, it is still free.

I’m quite into music, but not a serious DJ by any means. As I read thru the DeKstasy site, I didn’t understand a lot of what they were saying. But, I was very happy to see that the software is completely useable for someone who just likes to be hands on with the way their music is played.

The feature most impressive is the “true automatic beat finding, and powerful tools to ensure perfect beat accuracy.” It does an incredible job at matching beats.

If you want super simple, you can try out DrDJ. But if you want to have some serious fun with your music…and your parties, try DeKstasy.
