Mac OS X lets you choose an image, a slideshow of images, or a screensaver as your desktop background. Desktop Movie Player adds moves to the list. Just drop a Quicktime movie on the application icon and your movie will start playing behind your desktop icons. You can continue to work as usual while watching the movie.
It’s a pretty impressive display of power.
