Disk Inventory X is the coolest freeware I have seen in a long time. Much like WhatSize, this freeware will tell you where your hard disk space is being used and allow you to clean house. It does so in an incredibly colorful and informative way. It will build a treemap of your system.

Once the treemap is built, the different file types are designated by colors. And you can select any application and see where it is in the treemap.

Following is my treemap to show just how informative it is. This tells me that I might have to slow down on my music collection a bit. (Music is represented by the blue and green.)
