If you're new to Freemacware.com and like what you see, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed or signup for our emails at the right. We'll send you one Mac freeware application every day. Thanks for visiting!
Hide Folders lets you “hide” things on your Mac. It is very simple to use. Just drag the file or folder that you want to be invisible and then select hide. Once hidden, other users can not see them nor will they know they are there. (Although, if a pro user is looking for something specific, they will probably be able to find it with a little tweaking on the operating system.) This is intended for files that you’d rather strangers don’t happen upon during general use. It works much better then a folder called “Personal Stuff-Do Not Look”
I think this is a great idea and very well done.
