iFile

iFile is a great application to have around. With this program, you can convert easily between different file types. The files types include Microsoft Word (.doc), Rich Text Format (RTF) – (RTFD), Simple Text (.TXT), HTML Documents, (HTML Web Archives), and (XML) Documents.

You can also lock and unlock the files.
