iRecord makes it real simple to record a video with your iSight. There’s just one button. Push it and you’re recording. So, even though this is posisble with Quicktime Pro and iMovie, this certainly the fastest way to get it done.
One negative of the app (as of this writing) is that the video files are HUGE. I’m talking both in data size (my ten second test was almost 100MB) and in resolution (I had to scale it down to see the whole picture.) It’d be nice to be able to change these settings in the Preference. Maybe this will be in an upcoming version.
