iStat nano is a beautiful widget that offers you all kinds of information. The list is probably too long to list here but it includes memory use, hard drive use, tempatures, ip, bandwidth usage, etc. The widget is great looking with a choice of skins.
While you are on the developers site, check out the other great dashboard widgets. He does nice work on form and functionality.
