Once you have this plug-in installed, it will be very hard to be without it.
Mail.appetizer is a plug-in to Apple’s Mail. When an email comes in, a notification window comes onto the screen. This translucent window gives you a preview of your e-mail. (Subject, From, first part of body) You will know if you need to reply right away or just let it chill.
The size of the window and the amount of time it shows can be configured to your preference.
