1001

1001 is a very powerful desktop client for Flickr. “1001 not only uploads photos to your Flickr account, it notifies you anytime new photos from either your contacts, everyone, or your favorite tags are uploaded.”

My favorite feature is the small window that pops up to show you the recent pictures from the tags/contacts you are watching. It’s a great way to keep up with new photos while you are doing other work.

This application is very well done, and looking at great photos can be addictive.
