There is a lot of great Mac freeware for photography. Add photo Drop to the list.
Photo Drop “allows you to create small, customized droplets that turn the tedious task of modifying a folder of images into a simple drag-and-drop operation. Using photo Drop, you can create a droplet in a seconds that can resize an image to new dimensions, convert the original image to a new format, or even flip the image horizontally.”
