One of the most common questions from switchers is how they can get the trash bin to be on their desktop (instead of just in the dock.) SideTrash is a good answer for that.
SideTrash will allow you to keep a bin on the desktop or in the sidebar of the Finder. It’s not the actual Trash, but anything dropped on the SideTrash will be moved to the Trash. You can also eject drives with the SideTrash icon.
