ThumbsUp is a very easy way to create thumbnails for pictures. It supports alot of different formats and gives you alot of options to choose from when doing the conversion.
Automator will allow you to do this as well, but this is a great alternative for those with the older operating systems and those who don’t want to build a workflow in Automator.
